This project involves additions and alterations to a 2-storey semi-detached house at 83A Namly Drive, Singapore. The design scheme went through repeated revisions with delayed finalisation, while construction proceeded concurrently on site. The partition wall between the living room and garden was demolished and reconstructed multiple times, and water supply pipelines were frequently repositioned, greatly hindering construction progress, leading to schedule delays and rising operational costs. We overcame all obstacles and successfully handed over the completed house to the owner.
