This project is a road renovation supporting the refurbishment of a 5-star hotel in Sentosa, Singapore, paved with Steel Slag Mix asphalt. The construction schedule was rescheduled three times due to on-site events in Sentosa, and asphalt paving was finally completed on 2nd September 2025.

Water seepage occurred as the drain base sits directly above the carpark roof, which was fixed with subsequent waterproofing treatment.

Road marking was carried out overnight with on-site revisions per main contractor’s requirements, and the project was successfully handed over.
